Deep Within & Beauty in Bloom

Just wanted to share a couple of layouts that I've gotten done.  I made all the flowers myself.  The little roses are made with the bitty blossoms die, I finally mastered them!!  I cut the flourishes with the Belle Rose die from Heartfelt creations.  The butterflies are from Kay's Kreative Korner.

The following layout is for a friend of mine.  I offered to do a layout of her daughter ever year as a birthday gift.  She displays them in a frame for the year, then when she gets the new one, she is going to put the previous year's in an album.  The first one can be viewed here.  This layout was inspired and somewhat copies from the very talented Natasha.  Please take time to view her "Beautiful Souls" layout. I made all the elements myself - the bling, the butterflies, the flowers, the leaves...but not the lace! LOL

The big corner flower is my own "prickly rose" that I'm going to post a tutorial for soon.  The smaller, but big flower to the right is the "Prima style flower by Rachel".  The smaller roses are either made with the retro punch or bitty blossoms die. The butterflies I printed on photo paper, fussy cut, stickled, and added wire for the antennae. I can tell you the butterflies are Webster's Pages, and most likely the file for them was made by someone that very kindly shared them, but I apologize because I cannot remember who.  If you know, please leave me a comment so I can give them credit!!

Prickly Rose

Tim Holtz is having a tattered floral challenge, and I have so many flowers I have created with this die, that I couldn't resist joining this challenge.

Here is one I'm calling a Prickly Rose...I will be posting instructions soon to create your own!
